SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING TIMES

May vary due to availability of merchandise.  Business shipping days are Monday - Friday, from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm.  Orders are NOT shipped on Weekends or Holidays. Delayed shipping and Pre-Order items are listed in the product description.

 

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Is approximately 5-7 days from when the order is placed, or depending on delayed shipping times.

 

COVID-19 DELAYED SHIPPING

We aim to adhere to our shipping policy timeframe, but we anticipate there may be delays in order processing and shipping. Due to COVID-19 orders may take 7 to 10 days before  JazzyLuv Boutique receives your item.

SHIPPING METHOD

All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) with a signature confirmation. As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order.  

 

UPS has teamed up with USPS to assist with deliveries for Standard Shipping. Under the UPS Smart Delivery Options, UPS will transport the package initially, then the package will be handed over to your local USPS for delivery to your shipping destination.

 

PRE ORDER

Items estimate shipping time is approximately up to 2 weeks or longer. The Pre Order date may change due to the vendor's high demand.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

We ship to anywhere in the United States, including Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.  We will ship to a Military PO Box address and APO.

CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION (SHIPPING)

Orders will be processed and shipped pending credit card authorization. 

JazzyLuv Boutique will pre- authorize your credit card to ensure the funds are available. Pending authorizations may appear as if you have been charged. Many banks will place a hold on funds, but the account is not debited until the order ships. If the order is canceled, the release of funds may be delayed.

MULTIPLE PACKAGES

Some orders may be split and sent in multiple packages.  Your card will not be charged until items are shipped. You may notice multiple charges to your card, please keep in mind that shipping charges only apply to the first package shipped. There are no additional shipping charges applied for subsequent shipments for the same order. Each shipment will have its own tracking number.

 

 Multiple Pre Order items will not ship separately, the entire order will ship together.

ADDRESS VERIFICATION

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and shipment is received within the time frame advertised, please make sure your address is fully entered correctly.  The billing address and shipping address  must match exactly to avoid cancellation of your order.

ALTERNATE SHIPPING ADDRESS

We do not ship to alternate addresses.

TRACKING PACKAGES

Please allow 24-48 hours after the item has been shipped, to track your package online with USPS.  We provide a tracking number so you can track your package.  An email is sent to the address on file the same day your package is shipped.

LOST/STOLEN/DAMAGED ITEMS

JazzyLuv Boutique is not responsible for lost or damaged packages due to delivery errors.  Delivery issues must be handled by USPS.  If a package is returned for “failed delivery” due to incorrect/incomplete information, you will be responsible for the package being shipped back to you.  If your package is delivered and signed for, JazzyLuv Boutique will not cover or refund the cost of the order if a customer is claiming the order is lost/stolen.
