What is your promo code policy?One code per order. Not valid on Previous purchases, Shipping fees, Sale, and Clearance items. A discount can be applied at time of purchase, and will be taken off each returned item. Discounts may not be reapplied to exchanges.

Where is my order?Please allow 24 hours after the item has been shipped to track your package online with USPS.

Will I receive an email confirmation for the order I placed?Yes, you will receive two emails after you place an order. The first email confirms your order has been received. The second email confirms your order has shipped. The email confirmations will be sent to the email address you used when placing your order.

How can I cancel my order?We received your order immediately, which allows for a very short window to cancel. Once the order has been entered through the fulfillment and shipping process, we are unable to cancel/modify/alter the order. As an alternative you may initiate an exchange once you receive your order. Please visit our return policy at www.jazzyluvboutique.com

Why was my order canceled?We make every effort to make sure your item is available. However, occasionally we run out of popular items. If you ordered an item that is not available, we will inform you immediately. If we do not expect it to be back in stock, we will cancel your order immediately. If you pay with a credit card you will not be charged for the canceled item, or for taxes on shipping on that item.

What is your exchange policy?If for any reason you are not satisfied with any item you purchased, simply return it within 30 days for Exchange. All items may be Exchanged for a store credit to use towards a future purchase. Exchanges must be authorized, via email, within 3 calendar days of the delivery of the order. There will be a minimum restocking fee of $15. To be eligible for an Exchange, your item must be in the original condition that you received it, (unwashed, unworn or unused, & price tickets attached) and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Sale items or Gift cards. Due to the initiate nature & hygienic standard, shapewear is not eligible for returns.

How can I initiate a return?Pack your return in the original package if possible and be sure to include the invoice. Attach the shipping label provided on the front of the invoice and mail the package to JazzyLuv Boutique ATTN: RETURNS Address: 7929 Eastern Avenue, Unit 1153, Baltimore, MD 21224 Upon your Exchange being authorized, you will have to submit tracking information for the returned item within 48 hours. We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent without authorization will be refused. The processing time may take 7 to 10 business days to complete. Then it typically takes 3 to 5 business days for your exchange to be processed. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.
