No Refunds, Exchanges Only, and All items are FINAL SALE.
EXCHANGE
If you are not satisfied with an item purchased, simply return it within 30 days for an Exchange. All items may be Exchanged for a Credit to use towards a purchase made within 30 days of receiving your return. All Exchanges must be ACKNOWLEDGED and AUTHORIZED via Email, and within 3 calendar days from the receipt of your order. Once you receive the Exchanged item - the Order is CLOSED- No Further Exchanges or Credits will be Authorized. If no purchase have been made within 30 days, the CREDIT is no longer VALID.
Restocking Fee Non-Negotiable
There will be a minimum Restocking Fee of $10 per item returned to the shelves. The Restocking Fee will be deducted from the Refund Amount.

Some Examples: When a Restocking Fee will be applied, such as
1. Returns outside of the return window.
2. Items returned in Used, Damaged, or Materially different condition.
3. Items returned because the customer changed their mind and no longer want the item.

Exceptions:
1. Returns for defective or damaged items. Please note, all items are inspected, photographed before shipping.

FREE Exchanges
1. Free Exchanges for Size or Color changes. The Exchange must be Approved, and within the 30 days for an Exchange.

If a package is returned “Unclaimed “ by your local USPS office, your shipping cost will not be refunded. If you request your package(s) to be shipped it is your responsibility to pay for the cost of shipping your item (s).
To be eligible for an Exchange, your item must be in its original condition that you received it, (unwashed, unworn, or unused, & price tickets attached) and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We cannot accept returns on Sale/Mark-down items or Gift Cards. Due to the initiated nature & hygienic standards, Shapewear is not eligible for returns.

Pack your return in the original package if possible and be sure to include a copy of the invoice. Attach the Return Label provided affix to the front of the packaging and mail the package to

Upon your Exchange being authorized, you will have to submit tracking information for the item you are returning within 48 hours. Items sent without authorization will be refused.
The processing time may take 7 to 14 business days to complete. Then it typically takes 3 to 5 business days for your Exchange to be processed.

Shipping and handling charges are Nonrefundable.

LOST/STOLEN/DAMAGED ITEMS
JazzyLuv Boutique is not responsible for lost or damaged packages due to delivery errors. Delivery issues must be handled by USPS. If a package is returned for “failed delivery” due to incorrect/incomplete information, you will be responsible for the package being shipped back to you. If your package is delivered and signed for, JazzyLuv Boutique will not cover or refund the cost of the order if a customer is claiming the order is lost/stolen.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your entire order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any defective items, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue, render a decision, and make it right for you. We strive for customer satisfaction.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like Custom Products (such as special orders or personalized items), Shapewear, and any and all items that come intact with personal hygiene .
