If you are not satisfied with an item purchased, simply return it within 30 days for an Exchange. All items may be Exchanged for a Credit to use towards a purchase made within 30 days of receiving your return.
The Management Team must ACKNOWLEDGE and AUTHORIZE all Exchanges via Email, and within 3 calendar days of receipt of your order.
When the exchanged item is received by the Management Team, the order will be finalized. No further exchanges or credits will be authorized.
The credit expires if unused within 30 days.
To be eligible for an Exchange, your item must be in its original condition that you received it, (unwashed, unworn, or unused, & price tags must be attached) and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We cannot accept returns on Sale/Markdown items or Gift Cards. Due to the initiated nature & hygienic standards, Shapewear is not eligible for returns.
Restocking Fee
There will be a minimum Restocking Fee of $10 per item returned to the shelves. The refund amount will be reduced by the restocking fee.
