If you are not satisfied with an item purchased, simply return it within 30 days for an Exchange. All items may be Exchanged for a Credit to use towards a purchase made within 30 days of receiving your return.
All Exchanges must be ACKNOWLEDGED and AUTHORIZED via Email, and within 3 calendar days of receipt of your order. Once you receive the Exchanged item - the Order is CLOSED- No Further Exchanges or Credits will be Authorized.
We cannot accept returns on Sale/Markdown items or Gift Cards. Due to the initiated nature & hygienic standards, Shapewear is not eligible for returns.
Restocking Fee
There will be a minimum Restocking Fee of $10 per item returned to the shelves. The Restocking Fee will be deducted from the Refund Amount.
